1. Order Processing Time
In most cases, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 16:00 on Fridays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, and major sales events, as well as in unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or outbreaks, additional time may be required for order processing. Please note that while delivery times may be delayed, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We invite all customers to check our website for any updates.

2. Shipping Fee & Time
Shipping fee for different destinations are as follows. The order value is calculated before tax. Please note that additional overweight charges may apply if the order exceeds 2kg or 4.4 lbs (shipment to GTA exempted).
